Provides strategic leadership and overall direction for the
company, ensuring the successful execution of projects and
business development goals.

Vice President: Austin Ebulogu

Supports the CEO in executive decision-making and oversees
cross-departmental coordination to align operations with
company objectives.

Project Management Department:

Project Manager: Elchin Ryzaguliyev
Leads and oversees all project operations, planning,
execution, and delivery.

Chief Consultant: Emili Edwin

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Oversee proposal development, presentations, and contract
negotiations. Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that
meet or exceed client expectations. Work with other
executives (CEO, VP, CTO, CFO, etc.) to align consulting with
technical, financial, and operational strategies.
Support business development and strategic partnerships

Chief Technical Officer: Sylvester Emili

Supervise the technical aspects of major projects (e.g.,
engineering, oil & gas, IT, LPG ). Ensure technical solutions
meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards. Guide project
managers and engineers on complex technical decisions.

Deputy Project Manager: Debor Godwin

Assists in managing project timelines, resources, and
reporting.

Andrew Akpi :Admin Manager

Manages administrative functions, office operations, and
internal support services.
